Woman Goes To Find Who The Blood Donor Is That Saved Her Life 11 Years Ago, Turns Out She’s Dating Him

This bloody miracle deserves to become a Hollywood movie. Recently, Taiwanese women Lin Xiaofen opened up to her boyfriend about the terrible car crash she had 11 years ago. To save her life, the doctors pumped her with 10 pints of blood and two of isolated platelets while she was in a critical condition. “Could it be my blood you used?” her boyfriend Lian asked jokingly. But it could have been.

Lian was a regular blood donor at the time. And this was enough to spark Lin’s curiosity. She decided to request information about the person whose blood was given to her after the incident.

“When they told me it was a Mr. Lian from Hsinchu, I felt surprised,” she told Pear Video. A quick check of the donor’s ID number with the staff at the station confirmed that Lian saved her life 7 years before they knew each other. The man used this moment to encourage the public to donate blood: “you might have a chance to save your future wife.”
